2. 取得する情報の種類
本アプリケーションは、サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得します。ユーザーが作成したメモ等のアプリ内データは、原則としてお客様のデバイス内または iCloud 上に保存され、開発者が外部からアクセスすることはありません。
- ユーザーが作成したメモの内容、タイトル、カテゴリー、タグ情報
- ユーザーが設定した各種アプリ設定（表示方法、通知設定など）
- （ユーザーが許可した場合のみ）カレンダーへのアクセスと、メモ内容を記録するためのイベントデータ
- （Pro版を利用し、iCloud同期を有効にした場合）メモや設定データを iCloud 経由で保存・共有
- （広告表示時）広告配信のため、Google AdMob SDK が広告識別子（許可された場合の IDFA 等）、IP アドレス、端末情報（OS、言語設定、端末モデル等）、広告の表示・クリック・視聴などの利用情報を取得する場合があります
本アプリは、お客様の氏名、メールアドレス、住所などの個人を特定する情報を自動的に収集することはありません。
3. 情報の利用目的
取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
- メモ作成・保存・編集などアプリの基本機能提供のため
- カテゴリー・タグ管理機能の提供のため
- （ユーザーが許可した場合）カレンダー連携によるスケジュール管理のため
- （Pro版利用時）iCloud同期による複数デバイス間でのデータ共有のため
- 広告の配信・表示、広告効果測定、リワード付与（動画広告視聴によるメモ枠追加）のため
- 無料版ではリワード広告が表示され、Pro版では広告は表示されません
- サービスの改善および不具合発生時の調査のため
4. 第三者提供の有無
- 本アプリケーションは、ユーザーが作成したメモ等のアプリ内データを第三者に提供しません。
- 本アプリは当社が管理する外部サーバーへユーザーデータを送信しません。データは端末内またはAppleのiCloudサービス内で管理されます。
- 本アプリは広告配信のため Google AdMob SDK を利用しています。広告配信に伴い、広告識別子（許可された場合の IDFA 等）や広告の表示・クリック等の情報が Google に送信される場合があります。Google による情報の取り扱いは同社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。https://policies.google.com/privacy / https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- 現在、本アプリは AdMob 以外の外部 SDK（Firebase、Google Analytics など）を利用しておりません。将来的にこれらのツールを導入する場合には、本プライバシーポリシーを改定し、お客様に通知いたします。
5. ユーザーの権利とデータ削除
本アプリケーションで保存されるデータはすべてお客様のデバイス内または iCloud 内にあります。そのため、お客様は以下の方法でいつでも情報の開示、訂正、削除が可能です。
- アプリケーション内の設定画面またはメモ一覧から、保存されたメモやデータを削除する。
- アプリケーション自体をデバイスからアンインストールする。これにより、アプリ内に保存されたすべてのデータが削除されます。
- アプリ内操作で対応が難しい開示・訂正・削除等のご要望は、下記問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。合理的な範囲で速やかに対応します。
6. Sign in with Appleについて
当アプリでは、Sign in with Appleを使用した任意のアカウント登録機能を提供しています。
- 登録は任意であり、アプリの基本機能は登録なしでも利用可能です
- Sign in with Appleで取得したユーザーID・メールアドレス・名前は、端末上またはAppleが提供する領域（例：iCloudキーチェーン等）で管理され、当社が運用する外部サーバーへ送信・保存することはありません。アプリ内でアカウント削除操作を行った場合、当該情報はアプリ内から参照されなくなり、以後の権利管理に利用しません。
- 収集した情報は第三者と共有されません
7. iCloudデータ同期について
- Pro版の購入情報は、同一Apple IDでサインインしているデバイス間で自動的に同期されます
- 同期データはAppleのiCloudサービスに安全に保存されます
8. サブスクリプションおよびレシート情報について
本アプリのサブスクリプション決済はAppleによって処理され、クレジットカード等の決済情報は当社で保持しません。権利確認のため、App Storeのレシート情報を端末上で参照・検証する場合がありますが、当社が運用する外部サーバーへ送信することはありません。
9. アクセス権限の管理
本アプリは、以下の権限を必要に応じて利用します。いずれも、ユーザーが許可した場合のみ有効になります。
- カレンダー：メモ内容をイベントとして記録・表示するため（目的の詳細は「3. 情報の利用目的」を参照）
- トラッキング（App Tracking Transparency）：パーソナライズ広告の提供のため。許可しない場合でも広告は表示される場合がありますが、非パーソナライズ広告になることがあります。
- カレンダー権限を拒否した場合、カレンダー連携機能のみが無効化され、その他のメモ機能は引き続き利用可能です。権限の状態はiOSの設定アプリからいつでも変更できます。
- 権限の付与/取り消しは、iOSの「設定」アプリ > 本アプリ名 からいつでも変更できます。権限を拒否した場合でも、基本的なメモ機能は引き続き利用可能です（ただし、カレンダー連携は利用できません）。
10. アカウントの削除
本アプリは、アカウント作成をサポートしており、アプリ内からアカウント削除を開始できます。
- 実行手順：アプリ内「設定」>「アカウント」>「アカウントを削除」
- 削除対象：当該アカウントに紐づくアプリ内データ、および（有効化している場合）iCloudに保存された関連データ
- 反映タイミング：削除操作の完了後、即時に削除処理が開始されます。法令等に基づく保存義務がある場合を除き、復元できません。
- 注意事項：サブスクリプションの解約はApp Storeのサブスクリプション管理から行ってください（アカウント削除はサブスクリプションの自動更新停止を代替しません）。アカウント削除は、App Storeのサブスクリプション自動更新停止を代替するものではありません。サブスクリプションの管理・解約は、iOSの「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」から行ってください。
※ アプリ内で削除が完結できない運用の場合は、削除を完了できるWebページへの直接リンクをアプリ内で提供します。
11. データの保持期間
- ローカルデータおよびiCloudデータは、ユーザーが削除するまで保持されます。
- ユーザーがアカウント削除を実行した場合、関連データは削除手続に入ります（復元不可）。
- 法令に基づき保存が必要な場合は、この限りではありません。
12. 対象年齢
本アプリは、13歳未満の児童を主な対象としていません。13歳未満の利用者は、保護者の同意のもとでのみご利用ください。
13. プライバシーポリシーの改定
本プライバシーポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内のお知らせや本ページの更新により告知します。最新の改定日は本ページ末尾に記載します。

1. Name of Business Operator

This application collects the following information in order to provide its services. App data such as user-created memos is stored locally on the user’s device or, if enabled, in iCloud. The developer does not access this data externally.
- Memo content, titles, categories, and tags created by the user
- User preferences and app settings (e.g., display options, notifications)
- (Only if the user grants permission) access to the Calendar app and event data for recording memos
- (When using the Pro version with iCloud sync enabled) memos and settings stored and shared via iCloud
- (When showing ads) Google AdMob SDK may collect advertising identifiers (such as IDFA if permitted), IP address, device information (OS, language, device model), and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, rewarded views)
This app does not automatically collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or physical address.
3. Purpose of Use
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
- To provide core features such as memo creation, storage, and editing
- To manage categories and tags
- (If granted by the user) to integrate memos with the Calendar app for schedule management
- (For Pro users) to enable iCloud synchronization across multiple devices
- To deliver and display ads, measure ad performance, and grant rewards for viewing video ads
- Rewarded ads are shown in the free version; the Pro version does not show ads
- To improve service quality and investigate technical issues or bugs
4. Provision to Third Parties
- This application does not provide app data such as user-created memos to third parties.
- This app does not transmit user data to external servers managed by us. Data is managed within the device or within Apple’s iCloud service.
- This app uses Google AdMob SDK for ad delivery. Ad-related information (such as IDFA if permitted and ad interaction data) may be transmitted to Google. Please refer to Google’s privacy policies for details. https://policies.google.com/privacy / https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Currently, this app does not use external SDKs other than AdMob (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics). If such tools are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and users will be notified.
5. User Rights and Data Deletion
All data stored by this application resides on the user’s device or in iCloud. Therefore, users can manage their data at any time in the following ways:
- Delete saved memos or settings via the in-app settings or memo list
- Uninstall the application from the device, which will remove all data stored within the app
- For disclosure, correction, or deletion requests that cannot be handled through in-app operations, please contact us using the contact information below. We will respond promptly within reasonable limits.
6. Sign in with Apple
This app provides an optional account registration feature using Sign in with Apple.
- Registration is optional, and the app’s basic features are available without registration
- User ID, email address, and name obtained through Sign in with Apple are managed on the device or in areas provided by Apple (e.g., iCloud Keychain) and are not transmitted to or stored on external servers operated by us. When an account deletion operation is performed within the app, this information will no longer be referenced from within the app and will not be used for subsequent rights management.
- Collected information is not shared with third parties
7. iCloud Data Synchronization
- Pro version purchase information is automatically synchronized between devices signed in with the same Apple ID
- Synchronized data is securely stored in Apple’s iCloud service
Subscription payments for this app are processed by Apple, and payment information such as credit card details are not retained by us. For rights verification purposes, App Store receipt information may be referenced and validated on the device, but it will not be transmitted to external servers operated by us.
9. Access Permissions Management
This app uses the following permissions as needed. All permissions are only enabled with user consent.
- Calendar: To record and display memo content as events (see “3. Purpose of Use” for details)
- Tracking (App Tracking Transparency): For delivering personalized ads. If you do not allow tracking, ads may still be shown but will be non-personalized.
- If calendar permission is denied, only the calendar integration feature will be disabled, and other memo features will remain available. Permission status can be changed at any time from the iOS Settings app.
- Permission grants/revocations can be changed at any time from iOS Settings app > [App Name]. Even if permissions are denied, basic memo features remain available (however, calendar integration will not be available).
10. Account Deletion
This app supports account creation and allows account deletion to be initiated from within the app.
- Process: In-app “Settings” > “Account” > “Delete Account”
- Deletion scope: App data associated with the account and (if enabled) related data stored in iCloud
- Timing: Deletion process begins immediately after completion of the deletion operation. Data cannot be restored except where legally required to be retained.
- Important notes: Please cancel subscriptions from App Store subscription management (account deletion does not automatically stop subscription renewal). Manage and cancel subscriptions from iOS “Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions”.
※ If deletion cannot be completed within the app, a direct link to a webpage where deletion can be completed will be provided within the app.
11. Data Retention Period
- Local data and iCloud data are retained until deleted by the user
- When a user executes account deletion, related data enters the deletion process (non-recoverable)
- This does not apply where retention is required by law
12. Age Requirements
This app is not primarily intended for children under 13 years of age. Users under 13 may only use the app with parental consent.
13. Privacy Policy Amendments
The content of this Privacy Policy may be revised as necessary. In case of significant changes, notifications will be provided through in-app notices or updates to this page. The latest revision date is listed at the end of this page.
