横川貴一（以下「当社」）は、スマートフォン向けアプリケーション「筋トレ記録」（以下「本アプリ」）を提供しています。本アプリをご利用いただくにあたり、お客様の個人情報およびプライバシーの保護は最も重要な事項の一つです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおけるお客様の情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

Apple Watchを使用してトレーニングを記録する場合、以下のセンサーデータを収集します：
重要: これらのモーションセンサーデータは、すべてデバイス内（Apple Watch内）にのみ保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。データはトレーニングセッション終了後、セッションデータとともにiPhoneに同期されますが、これもデバイス間のローカル通信のみで行われます。

本アプリで作成されたすべてのトレーニングデータは、お客様のデバイス内にのみ保存されます。

本アプリは、iCloudバックアップの対象となります。iCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合、トレーニングデータはiCloudに保存されることがあります。iCloudバックアップの管理は、iOSの設定から行えます。
HealthKitに保存されたデータは、Appleの「ヘルスケア」アプリで管理されます。これらのデータは、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従って保護されます。

本アプリは、日本国内のユーザーを主な対象としています。ただし、広告配信サービス（Google AdMob）は、米国を含む複数の国にデータセンターを持っており、お客様の広告識別子が国外に転送される可能性があります。

当社は、本プライバシーポリシーを随時変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内で通知します。

Important: All motion sensor data is stored only on the device (Apple Watch) and is never transmitted to external servers. After a training session ends, the data is synced to iPhone along with session data, but this is done only through local communication between devices.
We use collected information for the following purposes:
All training data created in the App is stored only on your device.
We do not transmit user data to external servers we manage.
The App is subject to iCloud backup. If you have iCloud backup enabled, training data may be stored in iCloud. iCloud backup can be managed from iOS settings.
Data saved to HealthKit is managed by Apple’s “Health” app. This data is protected according to Apple’s privacy policy.

The App primarily targets users in Japan. However, the ad delivery service (Google AdMob) has data centers in multiple countries, including the United States, and your advertising identifier may be transferred internationally.
Google AdMob complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you within the App.
